Clinically Vulnerable
Patients who are in the clinically extremely vulnerable groups will receive an invite via mobile phone to book their appointments when we have more information. We are aware that most of you would have also received letters from the Government to book via the National Booking Service.

Other At-Risk Group
If you have been identified as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in the gov.uk website, as above, you will receive an invite via mobile phone to book your appointment at the local hub. If you have received the letter, you can also book via the National Booking Service.
If you are not eligible as per guidelines but still feel the need to be included in the At-Risk group or in the ‘clinically vulnerable group, please submit the below form giving reasons as to why you feel to be included: Ask the reception a question
